We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our platform and course content solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes. This license does not include:

  • Resale or commercial use of our services or content
  • Collection or use of course content for derivative works
  • Downloading or copying of content except where expressly permitted
  • Distribution, public performance, or public display of content
  • Modification or removal of copyright or proprietary notices

5.3 User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on our platform. 6. Payment and Subscriptions

6.1 Course Fees

6.2 Subscription Services

Some services may be offered on a subscription basis with recurring billing. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method at the beginning of each billing period until you cancel. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable.

6.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect existing subscriptions during their current billing period but will apply upon renewal unless otherwise communicated.

6.4 Payment Processing

Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. You agree to comply with their terms and conditions. We are not responsible for any errors or issues arising from payment processing services.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access until that time.

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase for one-time course purchases. Refunds are granted at our discretion and may be denied if significant course content has been accessed or completed. Subscription fees are not refundable except where required by law.

8. Termination and Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

  • Violation of these Terms of Use
  • Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
  • Prolonged inactivity
  • Failure to pay applicable fees

Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from account termination.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Idiriretp, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Business interruption or loss of opportunity

  • Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account
  • Damages arising from errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in content

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Idiriretp and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:
